    I use traditional hands on physical therapy techniques, Marma Chikitsa (Ayurvedic healing), tuning forks.

    I can help you utilize traditional strengthening or more free form movement and yoga as part of your healing.

  • Sometimes you need a good listener, an accountability partner, someone who CELEBRATES you for kicking some booty all day long. As well as someone who will challenge you to GROW AND EVOLVE.

  • We work on some physical things, we work somatics, we anchor in some coaching.
